In a bowl add the jaggery, oil, milk, salt and whisk to blend them well.
Add sattu flour, powdered oats and mix well. Knead them into a dough and rest the dough for 5-10 mins.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll them into balls and slightly flatten them.
Place them in a greased baking tray and with a fork make insertions and place the almond in the center.
Preheat the oven @180° for 10 mins.
Bake the cookies in preheated oven for 18 mins. Baking time will differ depending upon ones oven temperature so start checking from 15 mins onwards.
Let the cookies stand in the oven for about 5 mins then remove from oven, let it cool down completely and serve or store in airtight container.
